Al Khayala Development reflects the highest quality in design and construction, having a twist of international hints on the Saudi market preferences and is designed to serve its residents with a unique bespoke quality lifestyle surrounded by environment protected landscapes. Al Khayala consists of the following four components:

• One-bedroom apartments (150 sm);
• Two-bedroom apartments (250 sm);
• Three-bedroom apartments (350 sm);
• Four-bedroom apartments (450 sm);
