OVERVIEW

The 152,000 sq ft (14,200m²) covered shopping center stands as the prime location for retail of the city. A 78,000 sq ft extension was further completed and pre-lets were secured with the British Home Stores, TJ Hughes, New Look and The Entertainer.

The centre now hosts over 40 shops with a total retail space of 230,000 ft² (21,375m²) and incorporates office spaces for the local authorities. With an average weekly footprint of over 107,000 visitors, further considerations of re-modelling / re-development are in discussion for this regional shopping center.
