OVERVIEW

Nellis Air Force Base (“Nellis” colloq.) is a United States Air Force installation in southern Nevada with military schools and more squadrons than any other U.S.A.F. base. Nellis hosts air combat exercises such as Exercise Red Flag and closes air support exercises such as Green Flag-West flown in “Military Operations Area (M.O.A.) airspace”. It is associated with the nearby Nevada Test and Training Range (N.T.T.R.). The base also has the Combined Air and Space Operations Center-Nellis.

Since 2010, Kingston has provided leadership and support to develop and implement enterprise information systems for the multibillion-dollar government maintenance, repair and operations (MRO/O&M) contracts (including the $2.5 billion, ten-year O&M contract for Nellis A.F.B., Las Vegas, NV). Some of these systems include E.A.M., CMMS, C.A.F.M., C.P.M.S., PM, ERP, RDBMS, e-procurement, document and configuration control, estimating, government legacy systems, and distributed architectures.

The services provided by the Kingston team included needs analyses, software and hardware selection, business process re-engineering, change management and optimizing the demand-supply value chain.
