The development is to be set on a 2,000,000 m² plot and consists of a series of towers along with one of the main arterial roads in the city, out of which, two identical hotel towers were placed at its gateway, giving the development a prestigious and world-class presence.
The Project is a complex assembly of landowners brought together by Atrabath Holding with the common goal of developing the assigned project land in order to offer added value to each of the owners as well as providing a solid platform for plot sales to third-party developers, all under the guidance and control of a development guidelines document.
In 2011, Kingston was appointed by the developer Atrabath Holding to prepare the concept master plan and financial feasibility study for of this gateway project in Mecca.
