Sabah Electrical Company (S.E.S.B.) generates, transmits and distributes electricity mainly in the state of Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
In 1995, Kingston was responsible for delivering the 120 MW Independent Power Plant (Sabah I.P.P.) in East Malaysia. The project was carried out by a joint venture with Kentz International and General Electric Asia.
