OVERVIEW

The Heart of Jeddah is a city development scheme built around a rail transport hub and one of the major highways of the city. The development sought to become a unique destination for residential, business hub conferencing and retail use for the Saudi residents.

In 2011, J.D.U.R.C. appointed Kingston to provide a high-level concept cost planning and assist the retained development managers Kaizen Development Consultancy in the phasing and preparation of the financial feasibility studies.
