The city ought to create a unique vision of living, working and playing. Given the client’s proposed housing densities, the plot sizes and their emphasis on the need for a beautiful landscape, the vision for the Land of Honey integrates a heavily greened and landscaped development with a viable and sustainable community.

Upon completion, will create a new decentralized focus area in the Federal Capital Territory.  A world-class, mixed-use new city providing residential, retail, commercial, tourism, social facilities and recreation.
