OVERVIEW

The Garrison consists of different groups of buildings spread over an area and includes several individual barracks, most of which are named after historical British Army battles such as:

• Cambrai Barracks, home to the armoured unit;
• Bourlon Barracks, home to infantry unit;
• Vimy Barracks, H.Q. School of Infantry;
• Training area and ranges.

During 2005, Kingston worked on upgrading and developing the Cambria Barracks, including officer accommodation and the development of other small arms and rifle ranges to facilitate the latest military safety standards.
