OVERVIEW

In 2016, Kingston was appointed by the Nigerian Asset and Resource Management Company Limited (A.R.M.) to carry out the initial financial feasibility and due diligence on the conversion and upgrading of their existing assets to form part of the A.R.M. hospitality portfolio.

In addition, Kingston was advising A.R.M. on creating their own brand a portfolio of 2 stars hotels to be rolled out across Nigeria. This role entailed the assessment of market need, market penetration strategy, creation of the brand and the associated technical brand standards.

Hence, Kingston was excited to use this opportunity in order to create, develop and deliver and new branded hotel chain into the Nigerian market.
