OVERVIEW

The already spectacular skyline of Dubai has been dramatically transformed by the iconic D.I.F.C. Gate building, which houses, among others, the D.I.F.C. Authority, the D.F.S.A. and the D.I.F.X. (the D.I.F.C.’s Financial Exchange).

In 2004, Dubai International Financial Centre (D.I.F.C.) awarded the contract to construct the four Gate Precinct buildings to a joint venture between A.C.T. (Architectural Construction Team) and Peremba Construction. The agreement led to the construction of buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Gate Precinct Buildings, three levels of basement car parking and its surrounding landscaping.

Kingston assisted in delivering the engineering supervision and the construction management for the contractor.
