OVERVIEW

Abu Dhabi Plaza is a significant mixed-use development in Astana, Kazakhstan, comprising a retail podium, residential apartments, international grade office space, and leisure facilities. It stands as the largest tower block in central Asia.

In detail, this integrated community, with direct access to the metro, includes 568 residential apartments, a 190 rooms hotel operated by Starwood Group under the Sheraton Brand, 100 serviced apartments, a mall and office spaces.

In 2011, H.K.R. Architects was appointed by Aldar Developments to perform the role of lead design consultant. In return, H.K.R. Architects retained Kingston to perform the role of cost consultant.

Kingston worked on the Project until September 2013 and performed order of magnitude analysis, parametric, composite, design review, review and design cost plans throughout all of the project phases.
